I am a vegan Mamá, health food dabbler, and half-hearted runner. Since my transition to veganism earlier this year, I have really taken things in the kitchen to a whole new level, and endeavor to bring you some of the things I’m picking up as I go, along with a few of my old tricks.
I married a Latin scientist, who moved us to Honolulu, where we are raising the other man in my life, our toddler son Seba. Life really doesn’t get much better than we have it. So join me on our day-to-day adventures and culinary experiments. Mahalo for visiting!
