Pizza and a Movie

It’s another Friday night, which means Pizza and a Movie!

Movie of choice, selected by the mister:  “Open Season”.  I could take it or leave it; the hunter was pretty scary!  Seba quite enjoys our movie nights, no matter the movie.  We eat pizza in bed, and he crawls between his papá and me, and he sits still through almost the entire show!  ❤

The boys had a pepperoni pizza, courtesy of Costco, so I prepared a deep dish veggie personal pan pizza for myself!  😉  I made the crust a little thicker than normal, and used mostly whole wheat flour.  It tasted delicious, but I didn’t measure anything, as usual.  (You can refer back to this post for a semi-how-to on our regular pizza crust, and sub out at least half of the white flour for whole wheat.  And if it’s a personal pan, try cutting the recipe down to 1/3.  Mine could easily have been shared by two people!)

Tonight’s pizza toppings for moi:  homemade spicy tomato sauce (tomato paste, red pepper flakes, herbs and spices!), onion, yellow pepper, kalamatas, and pepperoncini.  It’s been ages since we’ve eaten kalamata olives, and it felt like I came home after having them tonight.  🙂 Seba sometimes asks for them for breakfast, along with sweet peppers.  He’s an oddball, but I love that he prefers the good stuff over the sugar!

I think it’s lights out over here!  Seba and I logged a meager 2 miles this morning, so that means at least 2 more in the morning!  We’ll be back mañana, hopefully with some fun stories from a barbecue we’re supposed to crash!  🙂

  1. Definitely imagine that which you said. Your favorite reason seemed to be at the
internet the simplest factor to keep in mind of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed whilst other people consider
issues that they plainly don’t recognise about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect , folks can take a signal. Will likely be again to get more. Thanks
